TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL
All orders are accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Payment is via HSBC ePDQ site so security and reliability are assured.
Payment can be accepted with all major credited cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and American Express.
PRICES
To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by post, by telephone, or via the order form on this website.
POST AND PACKING
Postage rates are worked out on the cost of items and are detailed as follows.
UK Rates.
Goods up to £199.99 p+p £ free
Goods from £200.00 to £299.99 p+p £8.00
Goods from £300.00 to £399.99 p+p £15.00
Goods over £400.00 p+p £20.00
DELIVERY
All deliveries to UK Mainland, Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland will be sent by Parcelforce 48 or via the Royal Mail. All consignments sent via Parcelforce require a signature on delivery. Please note: delivery is in the UK. For overseas delivery we will contact you
Orders will normally be dispatched within 7 to 28 days. Unless otherwise advised. Every effort will be made to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible. We will contact you if we are unable to ship immediately and advise you of an approximate delivery date.
Please advise if goods are needed by a specific date.
Any claims for non-delivery, shortages or damaged goods must be made in writing within two days of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
RETURNS
Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited.
PAYMENT
Payment is by cheque or credit card basis with order by post or web site. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER
Victoria Willcocks Photography makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Victoria Willcocks Photography shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
